Vendor Policy

  1. Introduction
    This Vendor Policy (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between Ahdika E-commerce and its vendors. By registering as a vendor on our platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
    2. Vendor Eligibility
    Vendors must provide valid identification (NID/Trade License)
    All information must be accurate and up to date
    Ahdika reserves the right to approve or reject any vendor 
    3. Product Guidelines
    All products must be authentic, genuine, and high quality
    Vendors must provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing
    Selling fake, counterfeit, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden
    4. Pricing & Commission
    Vendors can set their own product prices
    Ahdika will charge a commission 10% on each sale. Ahdika can update the commission rate at any time but it will be effective from one year after joining.
    5. Order & Payment Terms
    For Cash on Delivery (COD), payment will be released after successful delivery
    Payments will be made on a weekly or bi-weekly basis
    Refunds and returns will be adjusted in the vendor’s payment
    6. Delivery & Fulfillment
    Vendors must process and dispatch orders on time
    Vendors are responsible for delays, incorrect, or damaged deliveries
    If using Ahdika’s courier, vendors must follow the provided guidelines
    7. Return & Refund Policy
    Customers may request returns within 3–7 days (conditions apply)
    Vendors are fully responsible for defective, incorrect, or low-quality products
    Refunds will be processed according to Ahdika’s return policy
    8. Quality Assurance
    Ahdika reserves the right to inspect product quality at any time
    Vendors supplying poor-quality products may face suspension
    9. Prohibited Activities
    Vendors are strictly prohibited from:
    Creating fake orders or reviews
    Bypassing the platform to deal directly with customers
    Selling illegal or restricted products
    10. Account Suspension & Termination
    Ahdika may suspend or terminate any vendor account for policy violations
    Serious violations may lead to permanent banning
    11. Limitation of Liability
    Ahdika operates as a marketplace platform and is not directly responsible for transactions between vendors and customers.
    12. Amendments
    Ahdika reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Vendors will be notified of any updates.
